Assignment for Data Analytics Program by RevoU - Understanding and Defining Business Problem in Tech Company (Case Study: Blibli Popularity App Rank)

In this week (Week 1), I was taught about how to define a business problem and its root cause using SMART method and issue tree. I was given a hands-on assignment to define a problem in tech company that choose freely. I decided to choose Blibli as my assignment object. I did some research about its popularity in Apple App Store and Google Play Store. I made a lot of assumptions in this assignment due to the lack of data that was published online. So here is my assignment submission.

I think that's all a wrap-up for my RevoU journey in week 1. Next week I will learn about data analysis which will help me more to understand the data.
